Dot plot diagrams representing the reactivities of chicken serum with the three recombinant subunits of VP2 and VP3 proteins as determined by the indirect ELISA. Forty CAV-positive and twelve CAV-negative chicken sera samples were used to obtain reactivity against the subunits VP2-396N (a), VP2-345N (b) and VP3-246M (c). The OD values at 405 nm (OD405) were obtained by recombinant protein-based ELISA.
