From: Antiviral effect of baicalin on Marek’s disease virus in CEF cells
Cell viability of CEF cells with various concentrations of baicalin. The cells were treated with a series of concentrations (0, 5, 10, 20 and 40 μg/mL) of baicalin for 72 h. The relative cell viability was calculated as (OD450 drug)/(OD450 control) × 100%. The dotted line shows the 50% cell viability position.
