The relative expression levels of key proteins in JNK signaling pathway. PIECs were infected with PCV2 (MOI = 0.5) for 1 h and then cultured for 12 and 24 h. The c-Jun mRNA expression was assessed by qPCR at two time points (a). Quantitative analyses of the immunoblot data of JNK (b) and c-Jun (c) was performed at 24 h. The uninfected PIEC was used as a negative control and Poly(I:C) treatment was used as a positive control. Data are results of three independent experiments and presented as the mean and standard deviation (error bars) for each group. *, P < 0.05. **, P < 0.01
