A higher construct score reflects the experience of dental problems and periodontal disease as more common, as well as recommending tooth brushing more often, i.e. a more positive attitude towards cleaning/tooth brushing. Scores should only be compared within figure. (Note that negative scores do not automatically reflect a negative attitude towards dental cleaning/tooth brushing)
