Associations between YAP1 mRNA levels and metastasis, recurrence or OS. No significant differences were observed in YAP mRNA levels in human patients that did not develop metastases, compared to patients that did metastasize (a, left panel). Similarly, no statistical significance was achieved when comparing YAP mRNA levels in non-metastatic primary tumours versus primary tumours that developed metastasis, or between primary tumours and metastases (a, right panel).
