Example gating scheme for identification of CD3-/CD56+ lymphocytes. Lymphocytes were identified and gated using a forward and side scatter plot. Gated lymphocytes were applied to an Alexa Fluor 647 (CD3) vs side scatter plot and selecting for the Alexa Fluor 647 negative cells. Then PE positive cells were selected on a PE (CD56) vs side scat plot
