Infiltration of CD3+CD8α+ lymphocytes in the magnum of NDV-infected laying hens. The nuclei were stained with Hoechst 33342 (400×). The CD3+ lymphocytes were detected by a FITC-conjugated mouse anti-chicken monoclonal antibody. A green color indicates positive staining. The CD8+ lymphocytes were detected by a RPE-conjugated mouse anti-chicken monoclonal antibody. A salmon color indicates positive staining
