Matrix-Lysis protocol adapted for clinical tissue. This includes timeline and subsequent target detection paths. *The protocol is designed for a maximum of 5 g of tissue. The tissue must be cut into small pieces (Ø <4 mm2). **Homogenization of tissue in 8 M urea + 1% SDS takes place at an incubation temperature of 42°C; an incubation temperature of 37°C is recommended for 2 M MgCl2 (±1% Lutensol).
