Haplotype network based on SAG3 sequences of Toxoplasma gondii. The network was built by a statistical parsimony method. The size of the circles is proportional to the number of sequences. Black nodes indicate unsampled or extinct haplotypes; blue nodes represent Mexican haplotypes that were not grouped into sequences previously reported. Asterisks (*) denote recombinant sequences.
