Expression analysis of CcIRF10 in response to A. hydrophila challenge in vivo. Total RNA was extracted from spleen (a), head kidney (b), foregut (c) and hindgut (d) tissues at 0 (as a control), 3, 6, 12, 24, 48 and 72 h post injection for real-time PCR. The expression was normalized using that of the 40S ribosomal protein S11. (n = 3, mean ± SD, *P < 0.05)
