Gene expression and protein release of ScAT and IFP and cytokine concentration in synovial fluid. mRNA was quantified by real time RT PCR (RT qPCR). Values of IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8 and IL-10 were normalized to the housekeeping gene (β-actin) and presented as the fold increase compared to control ScAT on the left y-axis.
