Cholesterol and control of PRV post-entry. MA104 cells (PRV) and BHK-21 cells (VSV) were first infected at 37 °C for 1 h then washed to remove extra virus. Cells were then treated with 8 mM MβCD incubated at 37 °C for 24 h.
