Reversing the effects of MβCD on PRV entry using exogenous cholesterol. MA104 cells (PRV) and BHK-21 cells (VSV) were pretreated with 15 mM MβCD at 37 °C for 30 min, then replenished 200 μM exogenous cholesterol at 37 °C for 1 h.
