Analysis of curcumin treatment effect on PRRSV internalization in Marc-145 cells. Pre-chilled Marc-145 cells were infected with GD-HD (MOI: 0.1) at 4 °C for 1 h then incubated with indicated curcumin concentrations at 37 °C for 1 h. After incubation, non-internalized viruses were removed and maintained in medium without curcumin for 36 h. Cells and culture supernatants were harvested to analyze PRRSV N protein expression levels (a) and viral production (b). Each value represents the mean ± SD from three independent experiments (*, p < 0.05; **, p < 0.01; ***, p < 0.001; ND means non-detectable)
