The changes in the gene expression of the chTLR4 signal pathway genes in the bursa of Fabricius. The expression of chMyD88 (a), chNF-κB (b), chTNF-α (c), chTRIF (d), chIFNβ (e) and chIRF3 (f) under chTLR4 signal pathway was determined by qPCR.
