The change of sIgA contents in chicken intestine fluid. Chickens were exposed to various doses (APSH: 80 mg/kg, APSM: 40 mg/kg, APSL: 20 mg/kg and normal saline by gavage once a day for 5 days at 7 days of age. Intestine fluid was collected after treatment 1, 3, 5 or 7 days, and sIgA content was measured by indirect ELISA. Results represent the means ± SEM of values for three chickens per group. * p < 0.05 and *** p < 0.001 are considered as significant difference
