Percentage of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of HP-PRRSV infected and non-infected piglets. Piglets were infected with HP-PRRSV and blood was harvested after infection at 0, 3, 7, 10, 14, 18 and 21dpi. Single cell suspensions were prepared and stained with antibodies against T lymphocytes markers CD3, CD4, and CD8 and analyzed by flow cytometry.
