The effect of siRNAs on the cellular factors. The siRNAs targeting ITAF45, PTB, and 4E-BP1 were reverse transfected into MDCK, MDBK, and CPK cells using Lipofectamine RNAiMAX, and incubated for 48 h. After 48-h treatment, western blot analysis was performed on cell lysates to confirm the effect of siRNAs. Protein bands were quantified using an LAS1000UVmini.
