From: Identification and functional characterization of Toll-like receptor 2–1 in geese
Expression of goose TLR2-1 and IL-1β in PBMCs after stimulation by MALP-2. Goose PBMCs were isolated and cultured with RPMI 1640. After cells were stimulated for 30 min by 50 ng/ml of MALP-2, the expression of TLR2-1 or IL-1β were measured at 0, 1, 4, 8 and 12 h after the end of the exposure. The data are presented as the mean ± SD, and statistically analyzed by one-way ANOVA. “*” indicates that p ≤ 0.05 for each test.
