(a) There is a radiolucent defect in the centre of the weight-bearing surface of the glenoid (between arrows). (b) At the 1st interval the defect is located within the ossification front (at intersection of solid green lines). (c) By the 3rd interval the defect has become surrounded by bone and is compatible with diagnosis of an osseous cyst-like lesion. (d) At the 4th interval the defect has become filled with mineral/bone opacity and has resolved.
