Dendogram of global Brucella abortus biovar 1 genotypes. Dendogram based on MLVA-16 genotyping showing the relationship of 49 B. abortus biovar 1 strains originating from various continents including Europe, South, Central and North America, Africa and Asia whereby the Indonesian genotype BInd33 is identical to genotype BfR91 from Switzerland. The dendogram was constructed using B. melitensis biovar 1 strain BCCNV3 with Bruce MLVA-16 code (3, 4, 2, 13, 4, 2, 3, 3, 7, 18, 6, 2, 5, 6, 8, 4) as queried strain [39].
