Cell surface markers and population doublings of bMSC cultures isolated from fetal bone marrow. (A) Higher (P < 0.001) levels of mRNA of MSC surface markers (CD73, CD90, and CD105) were detected in comparison to hematopoietic surface markers (CD34 and CD45) levels.
