  1. siRNA sequences used to pgp, bcrp, mrp1 and mrp3 genes silencing in canine mammary cancer cell lines. The canine (Canis lupus familiaris) pgp, bcrp, mrp1 and mrp3 sequences were obtained from Gene Bank with accession numbers: NM_001003215, DQ222459.1, NM_001002971, XM_548204.2, respectively. The siRNA duplexes were designed byhttp://www.sigmaaldrich.com/life-science/custom-oligos/sirna-oligos/sirna-design-service.html. The results were confirmed using two independent algorithms: Dharmacon (OligoWalk) and Ambion.
