mRNA expression of canine HSA cell lines. RT-PCR analysis of the expression of endothelial cell-specific markers (CD31 and vWF), growth factors (VEGF-A, bFGF, HGF, IGF-I, EGF, and PDGF-B), and their receptors (Flt-1, Flk-1, FGFR-1, c-Met, IGF-IR, EGFR, PDGFR-α, and PEGFR-β). Total RNA was extracted from subconfluent cells grown in Medium 199 with 10% FBS using TRIzol reagent. β-actin was used as a loading control. mRNA extracted from canine spleen was used as PC, and water was used instead of mRNA as NC.
